1. How can I place an order?
Placing an order is simple!
- Browse our website and add your favorite items to the cart.
- Proceed to checkout and enter your details.
- Choose a payment method (Cash on Delivery or Online Payment) and confirm your order.
- You’ll receive a confirmation message with order details!
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:
✅ Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay when you receive your order.
✅ Online Payments – Secure payments via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or mobile wallets (as applicable).
3. How much is the delivery fee?
We charge a flat shipping rate of Rs. 200 across Pakistan.
4. How long does delivery take?
- Within Pakistan: Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days after confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
5. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot modify the shipping address. Please ensure you enter the correct details at checkout.
6. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this to check your order status with the assigned courier.
7. What is your return & exchange policy?
- You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
- Products purchased on sale are non-exchangeable.
- For wrong or defective items, we offer free pickup and replacement.

8. Do you offer refunds?
We have a No Refund Policy, but store credit may be issued in certain cases. Refunds are only processed if the item is out of stock or defective.
